Simrat Bajwa, H.BSc, CDA

Simrat Bajwa completed her Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Life Sciences at the University of Toronto, where she specialized in Exceptionality in Human Learning, complemented by studies in Biology for Health Sciences and Linguistic Studies. She then pursued a post-graduate certificate to become a Communicative Disorders Assistant at Georgian College.

 

Simrat has experience working with clients of all ages in schools, private practice, hospitals, and homes. Through her placements and clinical experiences, Sim has supported children and adults with various speech and language goals, including those related to aphasia, articulation, AAC, literacy, fluency, and gestalt language processing. Sim is passionate about providing evidence-based interventions tailored to each individual, ensuring sessions are both effective and meaningful. She is committed to fostering strong connections with clients and their families, believing that trust and collaboration are essential for progress. Her empathetic and encouraging approach helps create a safe, positive environment where individuals feel supported, empowered, and confident in their growth.
